All right, let's talk about structure and format for a moment. There is an exact way to type up the agenda on the paper, and I'm going to be talking about this throughout; as I'm giving you the information that goes into the agenda. And primarily all of the information that I'm going to be giving you today will always be in the agenda. But, what always goes in the center, at the top of the page? If this was my piece of paper, and this was the center top, this information would always be in the center top. First, the word agenda, which tells me that this is the agenda that we're going to follow in the meeting today. What meeting is this? Is it the planning committee meeting? Is it the High School prom committee meeting? Is it the wastewater planning committee meeting? Whatever it is, list the name of the meeting. The date of the meeting, the time of the meeting, and the location of the meeting. If it's happening in a company; within one building that might say something like third floor conference room, company cafeteria, wherever it's going to be. This information is always laid out this way, at the top in the center.
