If your home has very personalized color schemes, then we may need to work on neutralizing your color schemes in your home to appeal to a broad spectrum of buyers. Neutral tones are very popular and they are also very safe. However, we want to make sure the house is so safe that it is not boring. So there is a fine balance between being neutral but also having enough pizazz and appeal to attract buyers. A foyer could be a room that you might not easily think about when you are staging your home to sell. However, a foyer is very important because it is one of the first impressions that the buyer is going to make about your home. In this particular foyer we've got some nice wrought iron accents to give that old world feel. We've got candles that add to that welcome experience. When you stage your home, don't forget about the foyer. It is one way to really draw and pull in the buyers and give them that positive first impression. "
