"Welcome to Regal Reptiles. We do have lots of captive red baby tegus available so if you decide that you do want your own baby tegus you can give us a call or you can look us up on the internet, it's regalreptiles.com. We learn how to house our tegus, we learned how to feed them they eat crickets and worms, they need a little cave to hide on, we gave them light during the day so they have 12 hours of light and 12 hours of night cycle. Then we feed our big giant tegu this is our giant Argentine boy and we gave him some frozen mice and he loved his frozen mice. He does live in a bigger cage than this, this cage is suitable for our little 2 year old red tegu so that is what you have to look forward to. Cause if this guy gets bigger he's almost full grown now he's going to need something that you are going to have to build yourself. He's going to need a custom enclosure and he needs the right heat as well as the right humidity so that he doesn't loose anymore of his fingernails. I hope you guys had a lot of fun watching our Expert Village tegu lessons."
