How to Pack Liquids for Travel

"Hi. I'm Chrissy Lyons and we're back with Expert Village as we continue to talk about the process of packing. In this segment, I want talk specifically about packing liquids and how to pack liquids. But before we get to that, I should make note that depending on where you're going, might determine how you pack or if you pack liquids. If you're traveling in your automobile or on a cruise ship or train, there may not be any regulations to follow. But if you're traveling by plane, you might want to contact your airline to find out what their rules and regulations are at the time because as you know, since 911 things have changed drastically, and from month to month they may change as to whether or not you're allowed to take any liquids on board the plane at all. So check into that first to see whether or not you even have to worry about packing any liquids. But if you are going to be taking some along, here's a helpful hint of what you can do to do that. Good old baggie comes in real handy for packing your liquids as well. You know what? As a good idea, take some along extra just to have in case you're bringing back anything that might be damp or soiled or that might leak. I always take extra bags along. Okay, burp it as you go, good old roll, fold it and you know what? Here we go again. Double duty. Where are we going to put it? Right inside, lid end in. Make use of that shoe that's got our lingerie in there. Put them in and shove it down right inside. Look at that. Perfect fit goes along. Lots of things have double duty when you're packing.
