"Now we have our top piece down and our bottom piece done. If you do want to try two different materials, if you want to try turning it inside out, you will see both materials. I am trying to keep it kind of neat looking for this one. So I am going to put those in. And I am going to start sewing them right after the ribbon because I don't want to encase the ribbon. I want to leave that open. But I want the rest of the side down. Then I am going to stop after I get to right here and I will show you why. Go ahead and make sure you do your back stitch to hold your stitch in place. Then sew all the way down until just before you get to the elastic. Back stitch to hold it in place. Just so it doesn't slide out which you are doing it. Then for this part, you are going to pull your elastic. Okay, make sure you have a good hold of the elastic. Pull it nice and tight so that you leave just a small opening that you can put your hand through to reach in to get the bags. Once you have it to the size that you want, you are going to go ahead and sew the rest of the way and get the elastic to stay in place. I wouldn't hurt to go through there twice because my other one the elastic just broke in it. And I think that was why, it wasn't reinforced. Then you cut off the edges of the elastic. Turn it inside out. You are going to need to cut all the strings. And you pull it tight and you can put your bags in it."
