" I am Heather McCanna on behalf of expertvillage.com and today I will be discussing the basics of card making. The first question to ask your self when you are making cards is Why? You need to have a necessary occasion in mind such as a birthday, a graduation, a get well or thank you card or even a invitation to a special event. There are many ways to purchase a card such as a local store but often use of a impersonal card and often a empty pocket. The best way to solve this problem is to simply make your own card. It is very easy to make and anyone in the family can do so. A adult or even a child can find card making a easy and fun way to past the time. Here is a example of a homemade card it is obviously very colorful, and it is also very personal and it can be tailored to whatever event that you are making the card for. These is example of a store bought card and all thought it may seem interesting that are often expensive and they are just not personal enough. Make sure when you are making a card you keep in mind who it is for and why you are making it."
