"So, the next thing I show you how to use in Google Reader is the search. It's just right up here at the top. And of course because this is from Google you can imagine the search is going to work really well and it's going to be really a power thing to use. So, you saw in the last clip when I was talking about tags I found a story I wanted to tag "Parenting". So, now I think maybe I want to find some more stories about parenting. The easy way to do that is just to use the search and of course uses this if your looking for anything in particular. You see there is the one I just tagged but, then from all my other blogs I see anything about parenting. Now, all this search information is coming from the feeds I've already subscribed to. You can just see all these different feeds and if I want to look at one I click on it and then it takes me to the story. Then I can tag it parenting if I wanted to. So, that's just searching all items. I can also search with these options; I can search just my stared items, so say I've got a whole bunch of stared things and I've been staring things I want to go back to them later. And, now I want to go back to something but there is a ton of them. I can search and the it probably easily come up because I'm such a limited search and I'm not searching everything. I can search just the shared items, I can search friends shared items; I'll be talking more about this later, I can search just in the folders I created and I can search individual subscriptions. You can see searching for parenting and movies reviews isn't going to pull anything up obviously. But, so you have search results let me just search again in all items so I can show you. This is way your search results look like; they will be in a green box. If you want to go to a story you just click over here and you can also switch it to expanded view and you can see each search result just like it was a story or list view and you can view the search results in that list view I showed you earlier. So, that's how you use the search in Google Reader."
