"Hi! My name is Elton Hall and I'm here at Texas State Optical in Austin, Texas. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to care for your contact lenses. I'm going to show you how to clean a hard contact lens. If you take a look, that's the hard contact lens just like that. It's about half the size of a soft contact lens. It doesn't flip over or anything like that. What you want to do is you want to take the contact lens and put it in the palm of the hand just like this. Take your solution. They do make a cleaner for the hard contact lenses. I don't have that here, but they do make one. What you can do if you don't have that is you can take your solution and put it directly on the contact just like that. You want to take it and rub just like that, or you can put it between the fingertips right there. Pour that off and rub it just like that. Make sure that you clean it real well. Anything that you have on the contact lens it should come off just like that. You want to take it back, put it in the palm of the hand, and rinse it off. Make sure that you rinse it really really well. You can take it and rub it. What's going to happen is your hands are, well depending on rough your hands are. Mine are pretty rough. Depending on that, you can just take the contact lens and clean it just like that. Very simple. Then when you're done, take and make sure that you have clean solution at all times. Insert it. There you go."
