"Hi I’m Constance Hall, and this is Jessica Rose. We are here for Expert Village, and now we’re going to show you how to do Goth nails. This is an example of a full set of nails that I did when I had time on my hands. What I did, was I took the fake plastic nails that you can get from any beauty supply store, painted them the color I wanted, then added gems and flowers, and glued them on. But today I don’t have enough time to show you that, it took me a long time. So I’m going to show you how to paint the nails with a regular nail polish. A lot of people seem to think that all Goths wear their nails black, but this isn’t true. I like bright colors; mine right now are dark blue. I’m going to put red on hers. So here’s the color. She already has a base on. It's really simple to paint nails. All I’m going to do is hold it still and then with just a couple of strokes, her nails are now a fabulous, vampish red. And after this, usually I do two coats and then a sealant. And that will keep it from chipping for at least a day or two. These obviously aren’t that easy to function with, you can’t type with them, but they are pretty easy to take off, and they look great for a night on the town. So there you go!"
