"OK. So, we've finished one row with this double crochet trim that is completely solid. So, I'm going to flip my piece over and with my loop on my needle I'm going to chain up two. So, there's one and there's two. Again, I'm going to stick to using my chains instead of the holes in between. So, I'm going to go right into this chain right here. Just pierce through there and pull it through. Then pull my yarn through the first two and pull my yarn through the second two. I'm just going to keep working this way all the way across. Just keep going underneath the chains; the first two, the second two. Just keep going like this. The more you practice a double crochet the faster you will be able to execute it. Just keep working and you'll see that this is quite different from having two rows of singles like we had right here. It's quite different in comparison. Also, just because the double crochet automatically creates columns you have a little bit more air to kind of compliment this pattern. Like, this would be my trim of choice when I was, whenever I do this scarf. To make a completely solid double crochet, but, I would change out my colors with the same technique that I use for a double crochet that was like the rest of my scarf. So, when you get to the end, again, remember not to skip any chains. You want to make sure that you grab every single one otherwise you'll see that your yarn just kind of gathers together because you would have missed one, but again in crochet it's very easy to backtrack. Now that we're to the end you just want to drop down to the side, like we had to do from our green scarf and just kind of; I'm going to go through that chain right there. Pierce through and there we go. Then we're just going to cut this off and you can weave this in or tie this together; whatever you like to do. I'm going to tie this together just to show you how it looks completely clean. That's how we do a solid double crochet trim."
