"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Barbara Coradin with Energy Fitness in New York City and today I'm going to show you how to train for a marathon. If the weather does not permit a good way for your training is to actually incorporate the treadmill. So if you really don't want to get into age, weight and everything else you might want to quick start the treadmill, increase the pace. You want to keep your hands as close as possible to the front of the treadmill. You might want to start with a 5 minute brisk walk but I'm going to get right into the running. You want to keep the same thing with running efferently. Your shin is up, your arms are a 90 degrees and your hands are nice and low. Again my head is square straight to the treadmill, shin up, knees up, chest relaxed, shoulders are far away from our ears. So you can get your running either if the whether is horrible outside. "
