"Hi I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village and today we're going to show you how to change the lock on your commercial steel door. Now that we have successfully loosened the two small set screws we can turn the cylinder on the inside and we should be able to unscrew the inner cylinder. Let's see how this works. This is threaded in here; these big threads will screw into a plate inside. So now I should be able to screw this one out also and then we'll have both cylinders out of the door. So they go in like this, just like this. Then you unscrew these. Now we are ready to take these over to the locksmith and have them re-key these two cylinders."
