"Hi, my name is Kevin and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you to route the ends flush on this box that we've built here. So as before, we've left this in just very slightly proud of this end so that we can come look at the router and trim it nice and flush and even That's also going to allow us to take out this burn from the table saw. The way we do that is with the router, with what you call the flush trim bit, so what happens is this bearing is going to register off of this surface and this blade is going to trim this surface to the same plane as this one so that they're nice and parallel and feels like one smooth surface. When using the router, you always want to use hearing, eye and respiratory protection because the router can be a loud machine that throws a lot of dust and chips everywhere. Also when using the router, it?s very important to remember to always go left to right because the blade of the direction is turning the opposite way. If you try to go this way with it, the blade is spinning that way and the router will want to take off. This way you're always going into the cut and it gives you a good amount of resistance so that you can make a nice smooth clean cut."
