"My name is Gail Thompson, owner and operator of Gardens to Grow in Pacifico, California. We are here today to instruct you on how to install a picket fence. The first thing we are going to be doing today is removing this vegetation. Now the first immediate problem that we have here today is that this vegetation is over existing utility lines that are coming into the home. Go to your local city. Find out where the utility lines are, mark them and you won't have any problems in the future when you put down your fence post. The second thing we are going to be doing here today is grading. We are going to take this existing soil that is a little bit high here and we are going to bring it on down to establish a grade for our picket fence. "
