"Now we're going to learn how to hoop in the opposite direction. This is great for balancing the body and it's a lot of fun. Go ahead and put one foot in front of the other. It doesn’t matter which one. Give the hoop a spin in the opposite direction. Nice. Look down at your feet. Rock back and forth. You want to feel the hoop sliding across the waist and the back. Be conscious of that movement. I'll turn to the side so you can see the hoop sliding across my waist and my back. You want to push forward when the hoop slides across the front of your body and back when the hoop slides across your back. Keep your feet shifting forward and back. It might feel a little awkward in this direction, but it's okay. Keep it going. Good."
