"Now we're going to learn how to hoop on the hips and actually keep it there. Starting from the waist, move down, transition to the hips, and immediately find that circular motion. Bend the knees a little bit. Feel the hoop rolling across the front of your body and the back of your body. Let's check that out. As the hoops rolls across the front of your body just to the outside of your navel, you're going to push forward. As the hoop rolls across the small of your back, push back. Nice. Keep the circular motion going. Sometimes the hoop has a tendency to fall down. That's okay. It's going to fall. Pick it up, try it again, but you can also try if you feel the hoop slipping down, speed up your movement. It might pop all the way back up to your waist. If it does that, slow down a little bit. Bring it back to the hips. Keep that circular movement going. Keep nice even movements with the hips. Rocking from side to side with the feet, relaxing into it, feel that energy moving up from the bottom of your spine. Nice. Try turning. Alright. Let's move on."
