" Hello! My name is Melissa Shank, and on behalf of expertvillage.com, today we’re talking about some strategy techniques for juggling. Now, in an earlier clip we talked about how juggling is actually a stress reliever. It really is, but one of the best ways to start off juggling to relieve some of that stress is a couple of different ways. One; I would start with scarves. You can go to your closet and you can get a smaller scarf, something along this line works very nicely. Something that’s square, or if you want something a little bit larger that you might have put around your neck at one point. You can use something even larger as well. The great thing about scarves is that when you’re learning to juggle, they’re very light. It’ll allow you to get the rhythm of what you need, but it gives you a little bit extra time. Now, if scarves don’t interest you and you want to upgrade and go right to balls, the best thing that I would recommend is to use balls with no bounce. The last thing you want to do when you’re learning how to juggle is go running after balls, whether is be tennis balls or whatever. You don’t want to go running after them. It’s very annoying and it will definitely not be a stress reliever for you. So, what I mean by balls with no bounce is of course, a beanbag ball. You can get them any kind of toyshop. I recommend though, they sell them smaller, but make sure you get a ball that is a good size for your hand. If you have larger hands get a larger ball. Something with a little bit of weight to it is very useful, but when you get a ball with no bounce, if you drop it it’s not going to go anywhere. That’s the best thing, so defiantly beanbags work really well. Beanbag balls or another thing I really like are koosh balls. They’re light, they have a little bit of weight, and they have a nice feel to them as well. Let’s start off with…Definitely the stress relieving part of this is either start off with scarves or balls with no bounce. "
