"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village. And today, we'll be discussing the blue cards from the blue block of Magic: The Gathering. And now, we're going to talk about Discombobulate. Discombobulate is a very powerful card. It is out of the blue block. It is two and two blue. It is an instant spell which means you can play it during any phase. That's during upkeep or your phases of your turn and the phases of your opponent's turn. Now, here we have-- as it is a blue, it is all about domination and power, so what it is doing it is going to counter a target spell which means that you're going to play this card when an opponent plays a spell that spell is going to get negated. But also since it's more than just your one and two blue for your normal counter target spell, you're going to get an extra ability. This extra ability is very powerful in this card because you can get to look at the top four cards of your library and then put them back in any order, which means you get to control the next four cards you're going to get in which order you're going to get them. This is very powerful because it allows you to decide right then and there what you want your next four cards to be and the options you have for your next four turns."
