"We'll have a quick trites on Euchre variations. British rules, British play with a joker. They actually have an extra bower in there. Now some of the, they have to take out, they either take out the nine of a suit or they deal an extra one to the kitty. Basically, the Benny, it's called the Benny, it's an extra trump. So it's like a super sized bower. So now, if you have the left and a small guard and somebody has the Benny or the joker. Not to be confused with Benny and the Jets. But if somebody has the Benny and the right, they can drop your left. So it's just a hyper accelerated trump, much like you have the jokers in the original classic version of spades. A very popular game in Australia is really a version of Euchre called Five Hundred. It's also played in Europe. It's with sevens and eights. Well, I tell you one thing. The suits come all the way down to the sevens. So your typical heart suit, is, ace, king, queen, jack, ten, nine, eight, seven. Very difficult to make loners. And it's a point?s game and it's played with a five hundred point limit. Rather than go through all the scoring and that and from what I've heard. I haven't played it. I don't know all the ins and outs of it. I'll be the first to say it's extremely popular in Australia, New Zealand and many parts of Europe and also England. It might be something that you may want to research out on the Internet. Not too many sites play it. So, it's not played as frequently in this country. More of a live game in those other areas or maybe in parts of Canada as well. Just a few variations. There's again, three handed Euchre, and I leave these for you to research, because, most of the people that you play on line and in live, play the standard twenty four card deck from the nine up. So you may want to check those out, cause they are good variations."
