"Welcome back this is Brian on behalf of expertvillage.com. As you can see in the previous step we opened up our canister and pulled out our images, there’s still a little bit of residual water on there so it’s a good idea with some left over distilled water to go ahead and rinse off any residual mineral deposits or clearing agent that might be on there. In order to use these we need to dry them out, so what we do is simply using a thumbtack or if you prefer you can clip them, attach them right into the ceiling of the bathroom, the reason why I like using the bathroom for this is because the moisture tends to keep dust to a bare minimum any particle of dust that gets on the negatives now potentially will show up on the prints later on when you go to actually enlarge the negatives and make prints out of them, so you want to keep dust down to a minimum and that’s why we use the tube in the shower in order to dry out our negatives. Now once these are hot drying once these are hanging they’ll probably on take about 20 to 30 minutes for them to dry so we can just simply leave them there for now and go on and clean up our place where we developed."
