"This segment is talking about diamonds that have enhancements. An enhancement or coloration or the impregnation of other elements in a diamond to make it appear better than what it appears is what we will discuss. We start in the process of laser drilling which would be situation where lasers actually go and drill out black carbon spots and leave a white carbon spot. This carbon spot can also be filled with a polymer or a gray heavy liquid that has the density of very close to a diamond. Not the same, but very close. That can be filled in order to make the stone look better. The grade of that stone is determined at its original condition. Because it has been enhanced does not change its grade. You are actually paying for the stone as it was classified originally. What it has done, what is done to it afterwards only enhances the appearance, such as a yellow stone, that has been radiated. A colored stone that has been radiated using certain other elements as catalysts are cathodes or anodes in chambers that would cause the stones to collect the ions in order to change the color. Natural colored stones are very, very expensive and quite, quite rare. That is evident when you see the price of a stone. If you see a blue stone, that is $10,00.00 and another blue stone that's $5,000.00, it should be obvious that one of those is treated. The treatment process prevails today. It has improved upon itself. There are treatments that actually make stones look very well. The disclosure concept of this mandatory. The FCC requires that any alteration of a natural product being a diamond has to be exposed to the customer that is buying that stone."
