How to Apply a Base Coat to Acrylic Nails

"Hello my name is Paul Dang with Nail World on behalf of Expert Village. Now we would apply the base coat before we polish. Some technicians don't like to put base coat on acrylic nails because it is not really necessary. I my self like to do so because it keeps the polish smoother when you polish them. The base coat is clear it is very similar to your top coat but it is not so don't use your top coat as your base coat it won't work. It would make the polish thicker and more clumpy if you polish with top coat instead of base coat before you polish your color. When you polish the base coat also try and just put on but not over the skin but you have to be to careful like color cause it is pretty clear and invisible so you won't see it if you make a mistake. And there it is applying the base coat. Thank you. "
