How to Shape Acrylic Nails

"Hello my name is Paul Dang with Nail World on behalf of Expert Village. Now we would shape the nails post shaping it after we put on the acrylic. So when you shape the nail you want to make sure that cause the acrylic some of them over flow so you want to pull the skin on each side of the finger down before you shape it. So when you apply the file to the nails you don't want to accidentally file the skin. As you push it down you will see the acrylic exposing it self. Okay when you file the nails you make sure you leave the filing in a angle so the rough part never touches the skin or just braze it a little bit. You shape it to the desire shape the client wants. If they want it square you want to make it straight across just hold the file straight across. You make sure you get each ends of nails so they won't be to sharp and they may scratch themselves or so. Again try to get all that excess off the skin and file them aways and shape the corners make sure they are not to sharp and keep it to the desirable shape. "
