"O.k. Now you have all your supplies ready and the first step we're going to do is exfoliate the skin. The reason for this is to remove all dry and dead skin cells. You want to use your buffing cream. You're going to do this in the shower. And you want to scrub the buffer onto your skin and, yeah that's plenty, and go ahead and do that on your legs. And Ashley is going to do this on her legs just to give you an idea of how this works. You want to follow with your any kind of loofah or scrub that you've chosen to use. We want to make sure we rinse really well. Mostly your dry areas are going to be your elbows, your knees, your heels. And so you want to pay close attention to all of your dry, your driest areas. So now that you have exfoliated, we'll go to the next step."
