"This step is basically applying the darker shadow that you always want to do second after you do your highlights. You want to do your lowlights. In this case, I am also going to choose a nude shade that again is not going to be too dramatic, yet is still going to enhance and bring out Shaina's eyes. And I'm basically I'm going into the eyelid crease to really make her eyes pop. And the same on the other eye, of course. And again, you really don't want to go too dramatic, so in this case, these soft nude shades really work well. So really basically, you're lining the lower lid and you can see I'm kind of framing it with the darker shade. "
