"Hi, I'm Michelle Renee from the Michelle Renee makeup artist group here in Tampa, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village we're gonna show you how to apply makeup on women of color. After you've applied your SPF your fifth step is moisturizer. Savon has t-zone oil so, what I'm gonna use is a light weight moisturizer. Apply it and you could use a more efoliate moisture on the cheek area. To save the step there are many moisturizers with SPF. With the extra moisturizer I would bring it down on your neck and with the rest, apply it on your hands. Wait a few seconds for the skin to absorb the moisturizer. Just to save note if you do have very dry skin, if you wash your face and apply the moisturizer on wet skin the moisturizer will seal in the wetness and the moister from the water. And thats moisturizer. "
