" Hi! This is Moira from Beauty By Moira, continuing on with the cuticles for expertvillage.com. This is a cuticle pusher. With the cuticle cutter, we’re going to gently push back the cuticles. Never do we push down in the nail there. We gently push back the cuticles, because the root of the nails is in there and you never want to damage the root, so we gently push back the cuticles. Then after we have done that, we want to use a cutter. We’re looking for things that are dead. You want to be careful with your cuticle cutter, that you don’t cut anybody. "
