Applying Neutral Lip Color

"Now we're going to apply a nice neutral lip to go with these fun, dramatic eyes. So I'm going to use my neutral colored pencil, and I'm going to start at the bow of her lip again. And just fill her whole entire lip in with the pencil. And I'm going right along the outside of her lip, to keep that nice shape that she has. And if you want, you can do like a soft paint gloss, or a soft brown gloss, but I'm just going to do a clear gloss on top of this neutral lip pencil, because that's all you really need when you have an eye like this. And just take the gloss and apply it right onto the lips. And I love the way that this clear gloss looks, it just looks like the lip has glass on it. Hence the name lip gloss. And now we're ready to move onto our final step."
