"Hi, my name is Melisa Brown and we are doing Thai Massage. What we are going to do now is have our body face up and we are going to be putting the leg in the number four. I am going to be facing their knee and putting my hands in the butterfly position setting on top of the thigh and I am going to be pressing softly and gently just above the knee. I can’t go too far above or too far back. The purpose that I have is that I am going to be going straight down into towards the bone into the muscle and I am going to go gently into the middle of the thigh and then I am going to the upper thigh. Notice again I am not going too far forward and you have to be very gentle and very soft with this move because it can be painful and press down again. I am going to sit back and pick up their leg like the Achilles. The outside is going to be laying on my hand like a platter. I am going to be pressing with my outside foot. I am going to be pressing on the outside of the thigh with the arch to my foot. And at the same time I am going to be doing a little bit of traction on the heel so as I am pushing on the thigh, I am pulling and there is traction. I am going to be doing the same thing with my other foot. I am going to be pressing inside doing the inside of the thigh and then I am going to be doing both and squishing the grips."
