"In Thai-Massage, when you are sick it is a sign of imbalance so we want to get that balance again. Tight neck is one of the major problems that we all have. So in Thai-Massage you really need to have a partner that will help. You help your partner by pushing their head to the side, holding their head, and rolling with your forearm. The meat of the forearm, not the bones because it can be a little bit more painful and if that is not enough, right above the ear you are going to do the same thing. This is called the forearm roll. You can do this in several places. You can do this on top of the thighs, on the neck and you are going to change it to the other side. Do it on top of the shoulder and then on top of the ear and just roll out, make a fist and roll out. Feels wonderful. It’s a great stretch. If you want to continue that, you are just going knead with your fingers. Like you are kneading some bread in the back of the neck and just knead using your thumbs, using your fingers all very balanced. You are not going to be using one finger more than the other and then you are going to be kneading on both sides. You can do a little chop chop too. "
