"Hi! I'm Marchelle with Elements University on behalf of Expert Village. Some of the things that we talked about include the 5 step consultation. We talked about greeting, asking, analyzing. Basically, assessing the needs of your client to be able to give them the best service possible. We also talked about the client ticket. Filling out that information is vitally important to keep good records of what was done to your client so you can help them out when they come back in for the color or whatever it was that you did. We also talked a little bit about gift certificates. We talked about showing them the products that were used on them. If you take everything that we talked about today and utilize that, you will be amazed at the results. Everything combined makes up our CES system.
