"Hi! I'm Marchelle with Elements University on behalf of Expert Village, and today we're going to be talking about the completion phase of a 5 step consultation. The completion phase of the service is one of the most important parts of the service. The client should feel secure that you're going to have all of her information recorded and that it's going to be put into the computer. It's also important because this sheet of paper needs to be handed to the front desk person who's going to be checking your client out. The completion phase is when you will talk about rebooking your client. You will let your client know when she needs to come back and see you in order to maintain her style. You're going to be handing her the products that you used on her and showing her what those are placing them on the front counter. This is going to be the time where you walk her up to the front desk and thank her for seeing you and asking her to come back and rebook with you for however amount of time she needs in between. Watch our next segment. We're going to be talking about the difference between rebooking and prebooking clients in order to build your business. "
