"Hi, I'm Marchelle with Elements University on behalf of Expert Village and today in this segment we're going to be talking about how to come to an agreement with your client on what you're going to do for your service. I'm going to be talking with Chelsea a little bit about her color. It's very important for you and your client to agree on the service before you start with the service. If there is any questions and you don't feel that you've fully communicated with your client, then you need to ask more questions until you completely understand what it is that you're going to do. This is the color swatches that we're going to be looking at today Chelsea, I just kind of wanted to get an idea of what red is to you. You were asking me for some red pieces, so can you kind of point out the color that might interest you or you were thinking what you might want to see? I was thinking something very lightly. Oh, okay that's a great choice. It's important for us to see a visual of what red she would like, because red can be a lot of different things depending on who the person is that you're talking to and it's good for us to see a visual of the color choice that she's made. Watch our next segment and I'm going to be covering on how to fill out your client ticket properly. "
