"Okay, for your dos and don'ts for your dotted nail art, you do want to make sure that you know kind of a general idea of what you want to do, whether you want to keep the same size dot for all ten nails, or if you want to do variations. If you're wanting to do variations then you're going to start with a smaller size and go to a larger size depending on the type of nail art. You don't want to let the polish dry out on the stylus or on the top of the bottle, because it will cause it to string and then you won't be able to fix that unless you take off all of the nail. The nail art and the polish itself which is a very time consuming task. Once you've got the general idea you do want to make sure that you're either keeping a thing going or you're just doing completely abstract. You can keep it the same number of dots on each hand, you can put the dots in a pattern, you can stick them in random places, or you can just do different sizes and different numbers on each nail. On Joyce's left thumb we also did large and small dots, so you don't have to stick to just one size dot on each nail. You can actually do two, sometimes three different sizes of dots per nail, depending on the size of the nail bed and the nail plate itself. For a very small child's hand you're obviously going to have to do only a couple of dots, and they're going to have to be pretty tiny to where a person with a larger hand and a large nail plate can hold a lot more, and that is how you do your dotted nail art, the dos and don'ts."
