"In this clip I want to talk to you about how important it is to have a professional give you your home care regimen. When you go into a spa or you see a skin therapist or an esthetician, facialist, you're going to want to make sure this person is New York state licensed and also has, you know, a couple years under their belt, getting to know the skin. You're going to want to make sure your client analyzes your skin. I can see here that Lizzie, she is a little dry, a little dehydrated. So if I was writing a skin care regiment for her, I would recommend an exfoliating cleanser and scrub followed by a toner and a hydrating serum and then moisturizer. Lizzie has great skin for her age. Not that she's that old but you can't tell she's already in her thirties and she just looks like she's a baby. She sees a skin care therapist regularly. About how often do you see a skincare therapist Lizzie? Lizzie: Every couple months. Kate: Every couple months? I'd even recommend that you come every four weeks because that's generally when the exfoliation cycle happens and we can really, you know, prevent the aging process for her. I, myself, I like to come once a month and have a treatment."
