"Hi, I am Kelli and on behalf of Expert Village and I am going to be showing you makeup transfer this Fall season. We are now going to cover, conceal, and diffuse any of the under eye circles that she may have. I am going to be using a stick concealer, about a half a shade lighter than her skin tone which is what you want for the eye area. I am going to be using a concealer brush for this. It is usually a smaller brush and has synthetic bristles which are a little bit stiffer and enables you to get some coverage. I am going to be using just a small amount. I am going to be concentrating it primarily to the inner corner and along the lash line. You want to use just a small amount, you do not want to have your concealer to settle or cake which will happen if you use too much of it. When you are using under eye concealer, you want to make sure that when you have done your skin care, you are already using an eye cream. You use an eye cream to lessen the likelihood that your concealer will cake and settle in fine lines and wrinkles. The skin around your eye is really thin and delicate. It is actually the most delicate skin on your entire body and it really is susceptible to moisture loss and environmental damage. If you use an eye cream, it will keep the skin around the eye really nice and plump. It will keep it firm and keep it less lined. I also like to apply the concealer after I have done any eye shadow, liner, or mascara, just so I can cover up if I have had any shadow fall under the eye. As you can see that just neutralized any darkness that she had under there and brightened her up and gave a much uplifted look to the eye area. "
