Video Transcript

"Hi! This Joyce of Major League Trim on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, we'll be talking about cutting my client's hair. I'm going to use a texture cream my American Crew. The texture cream is light cream. It helps keep his hair nice and slippery. It'll also keep his hair from drying out on me. You make sure you emulsify it through your hands. Rub it through his hair without putting too much on his scalp. You want it mostly on your ends because this client doesn't want his hair too short. Being that I already combed out his hair, his hair will be easy to glide through with my comb. I'm going to part his hair all the way around to make sure that his hair lays properly with the contour of his scalp. Every client is different. Some clients have a protruding occipital bone. Some people have a flat occipital bone. You want to make sure you know where he sits so his hair will lie properly on his scalp."
