"Step one you want to prep your skin before you apply your make-up. It's very, very important. Now if you are at home. Once you get out of the shower your face will be nice and cleansed and you want to moisturize right away. I am going to use a make-up remover wipe. Which if you don't have access to water works just as well. You want to really thoroughly cleanse your skin and make sure there is no excess makeup or oil on your face before you start. What that is going to do is just help your foundation stay on longer and it's going to make your skin look smoother. Don't forget the eye area. That's very important. You want to make sure that the eye area is a clean palate before you start putting make-up on. After you've cleansed you want to moisturize and you don't want to forget the eye area either. You want to really concentrate under the eyes so that they are nice and smooth. And you want to use an oil free moisturizer. If you think you are going to be outside at all, please use a moisturizer with an SPF. Cause you don't want to get a sunburn on your wedding day and you should always use SPF anyway. It will just help keep your skin young and wrinkle free. Now if you have a separate eye cream that you like, you can use that as well. I like to use a separate eye cream sometimes. Especially on a special day and your eye cream basically you just want to go around the eye area not on top of the eye but just around the eye area and gently, gently brush that in or with your finger tips put it around your eye. The skin around your eye is very sensitive so you want to be very, very gentle. And lastly, you want to use a lip conditioner. That is very important. You should always put the lip conditioner on right after you get out of the shower or right when you are moisturizing. So then by the time you get to your lipstick, your lip conditioner will be soaked in completely. So you don't want your lips to be too glossy when you put your lipstick on because then your lipstick will fall right off. You want your lips, or your lip conditioner to have been soaked in already. So those are your first steps cleanse, moisturize, eye cream if necessary and lip conditioner and then you can begin your foundation."
