" Welcome, my name is Bridget Beaz and my name is Gina Habba. On behalf of expertvillage.com in this clip we will talk about toning. If you would like to know more about facials and our other services contact us at Bridget 310-432-6671 or Gina at 818-633-2396. We want to talk about toners for just a minute, because it is the step that people quite often want to skip and toners are very important especially as we age. When you wash your skin you strip your skin and it is important to bring it back to a neutral balance and we do that by using different products. There are three different toners. The proper toner would be recommended to you by Bridget in your consultation. Toner is twofold, it restores the pH of the skin but it also helps to dissolve the glue that holds any cells on and it will help to facilitate the penetration of the vitamins that you will apply right after toning your skin. So what you can do is of course according to the skin type you might have toner mild or toner 40. In case of the toner 40 that is what I picked for my client I just would advice her to wet her cotton swab and then to apply just a little drop of the toner 40 and of course very gently to wipe her face all the time after having cleansed her skin thoroughly. It is really important with each step not to ignore the eye area. The products are all manufactured in a very general way so that we can treat the eye area as well as the rest of the face. And again at the very end you tap dry your skin very gently with a tissue."
