"When you’re doing an eyebrow wax you want to make sure that your eyebrow, the end of your eyebrow lines up to the corner of your eye. That it just kind of angles out to that area; and also a good tool that I like to use is a disposable mascara brush just because it helps to brush the eyebrow and helps to angle it; you can get it at just the right angle. Most of the time it helps me to pull the eyebrow up and section off what I want to wax. You’re going to start with a little bit of appellation oil, just a tiny bit for the eyebrows just to soften the skin and prepare the skin for waxing. And then you’re going to use a smaller spatula, I like to make them as small as possible so I break mine in half. And then a muslin for the eyebrow wax is just a small piece of cotton, you can use an actual piece of muslin you get from a fabric store, and you can cut them into small pieces that you’re comfortable with. And on the face I like to use a cream wax just because it’s good for people with sensitive skin. And you just take your wax, just get a small dab of it, and you place it on the eyebrow and just go around the small area that you want to pull off. And make sure that you get all the hair that you want to wax off and that you don’t get any wax that you don’t want to. And you want to place the muslin strip all over that waxing area, and just to be safe I like to go back and flip over the muslin and just make sure that I don’t get any of the eyebrow hair that’s not needed. And you just draw a straight line of how you want to get it, or you can pull out any eyebrow hair that you accidentally got, and you want to pull the skin and then pull the muslin. Pull, and then you want to smooth it back out and you just want to make sure you get all the excess wax off. And any of those difficult hairs to get out you can always go back to get out with tweezers. Just small stainless tip tweezers, I like mine with a point on them. You just want to make sure you pull those out, and that the eyebrow is the shape that you’d like it. Normally the arch starts off at the corner of your eye. And again, I just want to go back and use my little mascara brush and just to shape those out. And make sure to get any excess hair off you can use your tweezers. And that’s how you do an eyebrow wax."
