Okay, welcome. I'm Chita Johnson and I'm going to teach you how to be a print model. The first thing you need to know are poses. And this is pose number one in any model's repertoire. You're going to point the right toe, pull it inward to the left foot or left toe on your left foot. So, I'm going to do that again. The right toe pulls into the left foot with the big toe. And I want you to take your body, let your thumbnails be forward, stomach pulled in and twist the hips from right to left, just a little bit, so that you create a broad to narrow image. This image is very important in professional modeling because you want to be broad at the shoulder, narrow at the waist and then shadow out with the legs. So I've got my thumbnails facing forward, my knee is forward as well, a little twist in my hip and this is your basic, most important, first position. On first position, for a print model, the shoulders cannot be drooped or again go into bad posture. You want to keep the shoulders broad, shoulders down, slightly back. And also, you want to keep your stomach pulled in so that you have an expanded chest. This is very important in keeping the whole physique broad to narrow.
