"Hi! I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you a self massaging techniques for you lower back. Mostly for difficult area that are not easily accessible when you are by your self. What you could do is grab anything with a circle a golf ball, what I'm using is a big wold of tape. You could do this in your own home. What you want to do with this is just lie down and then place it in a area that is difficult to reach or is properly not getting massage just by using your hands. Then just apply pressure and then roll in a circular motion. Like so. You could guide it with your hand so it would not trail off especially if it is a golf ball. Just do this and you could feel your muscles getting massage as though a masseuse is doing it and just do this for a little while to get the kink out and you could always apply to the other side or a different area of the back. The lower back gets a lot of strenuous activity and not enough intention when it comes to recovering and massaging it. And that is a self massaging technique for the lower back and the lower difficult area. "
