" My name is Anneka on behalf of expertvillage.com and in this clip I will be showing you to remove calluses. First we take the foot out of the water; and depending on what you decide to use in order to remove the calluses or the dead skin, it is how you would proceed. Basically in this case, I will be using a callus softener which is rubbed into the foot, and any rough places on the foot would be softened up by this concoction. From there we will use our pumice stone, and in this case I use a lava rock, and what we are going to do is just go over any of the rough spots, and this will help tear loose some of the dead skin. It is always best to wet it. It is easier to move around if it is wet. In a circular motion, just go right around. It is best to play close attention to anything that is rougher, any rougher portion of the foot; mainly the heels and some parts of the ball on the foot. "
