"Ok now we'll start on the Chinese word for baseball, bang qiu. Bang in Chinese means stick, and qiu is ball, so literally bang qiu together means stick ball. Uh we also easy to, we can also easy to understand that when we are playing baseball we use a stick like staff to play. So that's why it is bang qiu. Bang independently also means excellent. Ok lets write bang again, the left part is what we call tree, this is wood radical, and normally a stick is made of wood. And here the right part is the pronunciation part, bang giu baseball."
