"So the next thing that we're going to show you how to do, which is a really a lot of fun, is what we call the Crossover. Now the Crossover is not for wimps, if you do not have good balance, do not attempt the Crossover, because you'll crossover, right over. But it's a really beautiful thing to watch, and I know you've seen it on television if you're watching any of the style channels. So Nikki lets show everyone how to do the Crossover. Basically what you're seeing is Nikki's motion is forward, her hips are fairly stable in the center, but what's different from the other two walks, is that she actually crosses one leg over the other with every statement. This is great when you're doing skirts that restrict your movement, so that real straight pencil skirts, you can't move a lot, anything that's restrictive in leg, the Crossover makes the walk interesting, fun, and very glam. One more time Nikki. See how her knees are close together, she's actually crossing one foot in front of the other with every single gait. Again, it's very glamorous, it's very sexy, and yet extremely elegant. You really have to know how to work under your shoes to do a Crossover successfully, but if you practice hard, I'm sure you'll master it."
