"Hi, I'm Theresa Murphy on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, we're going to trace the energy from the hands up to the shoulders with another simple stretch. So, getting your full wingspan is something we don't do very often, and feeling the connection from the fingertips all the way up into the shoulder joint. So, working on neutral alignment with our wrist because often we're like this, getting tightness and flexion here, or we're doing other things where the hands, fingers are curling in. So to get a conscious effort, a conscious placement of neutral alignment with the hands and then I'm going to try to coil in from the ends as close as I can like I'm sliding my hands through a nautilus shell. I'm getting a pull, the stretch, all the way up the backs of my forearms. Actually in through the elbow joint and up into my biceps. And you can curl the knuckles in towards the armpits with the knuckles pointing down, or you can turn the knuckles up, which provides a very different stretch."
