"Well, to get updated information, of course you can go to the library, it won't be cutting edge updated, but if you have access to a computer, what I recommend is doing a key word search. Basically, one of the most difficult challenges of having a gluten-free diet is going out to a restaurant and also going especially for fast food. And if you look at Chik-Fil-A, Hardee's, Wendy's, they actually post their menus online of gluten-free products, and all you have to do is put keyword search, gluten-free fast food and they'll pop up. I've actually done that to make sure that that works, and also they have support groups for people that have gluten intolerance, as well as their families, because unfortunately when you have to be gluten-free, so does your family. So you start cooking gluten-free and the family can tend to complain about that. So, if you also go online and put in keyword gluten-free cookbooks, there's a bunch of them and you can get some recipes so that everyone is happy."
