" Next exercise I am going to show you is another type of dynamic exercise for your Achilles tendon and your calves. What you might want to do is face a wall to do it, just have a little bit support or if you want a countertop in front of you, if you have a counter at your house and what you want to do is, I will face the wall for this one. Some people call this the grapevine or karaoke. You are going to do it on your toes; so simple motion and you start doing it faster as you get better at it. This basic crossing over with your right leg bringing your left leg back out, crossing back with your right leg bringing your left leg out; so just over and over again. When you get to the end of your counter you just go back in the direction, so right leg out, left leg over, right leg out, left leg back, right leg over, left leg up, right leg over and there you go. So if you are trying to do a little bit faster again staying on your toes, it is something like this - and then back. So I was just doing short little steps here, that’s what you might want to start out with, you feel more comfortable with it, back in the other direction. You can do longer steps once you get better at it coming back the other direction. Again you can keep moving faster with it. So I will show you one more time, up on your toes, left foot over, right leg up, left leg over, right leg back, left over, right leg up, left over."
