"From the compressions I'm going to move to the lower back stretches. I like to move around the body, doing compressions so I don't break contact. And, I move along the sides of the spine with my compressions into the lower back, hooking in to the iliac crest and slowly I fake tail, put pressure towards their feet. Next, I can move into the sacral stretch which is another great stretch for the lower back. This is when I hook my hand into the sacrum, this triangular bone below the lower back. Put pressure with my palm, not down but away, and hook into the occipital ridge. At the same time, my right leg is bent, my left leg is pigeon toed out. I'm going to turn out to face forward and then I'm going to traction this hand forward and this hand back and stretch the lower back. Those are the lower back stretches."
