"We have done the compression on the side of the back and now I would like to turn to do the lower back stretches and I use the compressions to walk around the body so that I don't break contact. I can do some compressions along the side of the back, staying on the sides of the spine and then reaching to the lower back and I hook into the eliack cress, which is this ridge. And I bend into the stretch as the client exhales. I use the breath to go deeper into the stretch. Move back slowly as they exhale and now we can do a secal stretch and I place my palm over the secrum which is this triangular bone over the lower back and then I grasp the obsipital ridge right here at the head. I twist my body forward facing out and then as I traction back with this hand and forward with this hand, the back stretches. And those are the lower back stretches of the lower back."
